Most leaseholders at Castle Court have covenanted via their leases "not to undertake any maintenance repair or building works ... outside such hours as shall be designated from time to time by the Landlord"

Other leases at Castle Court contain more general covenants not to cause nuisance / annoyance to other occupiers, to comply with Landlord regulations etc. Such covenants also apply to leaseholders' contractors.

Castle Court Freehold Limited's policy is that noisy works to individual flats may only be undertaken by leaseholders (or their contractors) during the following hours:

Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) - 09:00 to 16:30, Saturday - 09:00 to 12:30.
Noisy work is not permitted at any time on Sundays.

Castle Court Freehold Limited's policy regarding Bank Holidays is that noisy work is not permitted at any time on the following days: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day.

Noisy work is permitted 09:00-12:30 on the following days: Good Friday, Easter Monday, Bank Holiday Mondays during May & August.
