queries or concerns relating to Transport Consultations, should
contact the relevant Council department in good time for the relevant
deadline for consultation.
Leaseholders with queries or issues not relating to
statutory consultation for a specific project but relating more
generally to traffic, pavements, bus lanes, or other issues which
are the responsibility of Cardiff Council may wish to contact the
relevant Council department or their local councillors.
Castle Court Freehold Limited and its Managing Agents
are not responsible for notifying leaseholders of Transport Consultations
or any changes to traffic arrangements, pavement issues, restrictions
relating to permitted hours for loading or unloading via bus-lanes
etc.
Cardiff Council is the organization responsible for
Transport and Highways issues.
